pole series


Our Pole Series is the basis of the Empowerment program! We strive to lead our classes with an inclusive approach that helps our students feel comfortable and confident in the studio. No matter your age, gender, size, or shape, our instructors will work with you each week on improving your skills in strength and flexibility.


Sign up for one or more of our weekly classes and learn how to pole with a combination of aerial acrobatics and dance skills. You'll learn the techniques behind grips, holds, and spins at a pace that works for you. As your abilities grow, you can advance in class level with instructor approval.
